NE Scotland
The inquiry
hearing into the Trump International planning application for a
golf development at Menie Links, north of Aberdeen came to an
end on Friday, 4 July. After taking evidence from over 30
witnesses, reporters will now write up their findings for John
Swinney, Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Sustainable Growth.
Mr Swinney has promised to make a decision within 28 days of
receiving the report, which is expected to be submitted by late
